WE CAN ALL BE CREATIVE

Creativity involves transforming your ideas, imagination, and dreams into reality. When you’re being creative, you can see the hidden patterns, make connections between things that aren’t normally related, and come up with new ideas. Creative ability depends on creative thinking which is part hard work but largely creative problem-solving.

Task 1: Analyzing the results. Each team will analyse the results of their fieldwork and add it to their template “What we know” of the previous task. All of that information must go towards constructing the knowledge map for each team. As more information is added to the map, comments, questions, proposals, thoughts, etc. may arise.

Why do we not improve it? How would they have done it if...? Why not...?

A member of each team will have to record all of those reflections and questions, as they will be the inspirations that give rise to the different creative dynamics that will be initiated subsequently.

Task 2: Taking the material produced in previous sessions as your starting point, each team will use creative tools to generate ideas. The creative tool to be used will be chosen according to the type of need:

  • Quickly generating numerous responses to a question with the participation of everyone: brainwriting

  • Generating concepts and proposals in response to a very broad challenge: brainstorming

  • Rethinking a product or service that already exists: SCAMPER.

Each of these dynamics has a different instruction sheet associated with it. Your team may decide to use more than one technique. It is important to remember that someone within the team must take responsibility for writing down the ideas generated.

Task 3: “Assessing ideas”Finally, each group must choose the entrepreneurship idea/opportunity that they are going to develop for their project. Using the document “Assessing ideas”, you must assess the ideas that you consider the most interesting. It is important to remember that it is possible to choose two or more ideas.

The document contains a table of different parameters to assess. The members of each team will have to assess objectively a maximum of ten ideas and finally select the one obtaining the highest score. Upload it to your drive.

Once you have obtained your idea, you will have to describe the opportunity that you have chosen. To do so, you can use the document “Guide:  the opportunity”.  Upload it to your drive.

Once the final idea has been chosen, those responsible for communication
will have to prepare the module results template “Module outcome: the opportunity”
