IMPROVING THE OVERALL PROPOSAL​

TASK 1: I In this task, it is recommended that the members of each team briefly pool their findings in order to discuss the key things that have been learnt from the fieldwork.

 

It is suggested that the whole class can exchange knowledge between the teams to help them to improve the prototypes or make them more viable.  Discuss whether any team has reconsidered their prototype, totally or partially, on account of some technical aspect. The thoughts arising from this discussion could be useful for any other team that might find themselves in a similar situation.

TASK 2: Your team have to put in common all the work done so far.  It is a question of verifying aspects of the prototype's viability, considered, firstly, from both a financial perspective (What might it cost? What are customers prepared to pay?) and a technical perspective (Could it really work? What would its weak point be and how would we remedy it?). In addition, the construction of the prototype itself should be completed.

 

Your team will have to work with the “Prototype” template, with a format identical to the one from the previous session, but bearing in mind that the prototype may have any other format. Use only one template per group.

TASK 3. This task focuses on the preparation of the results template for your final task: communicating the proposal to the market. Your team will have to summarise all the work carried out during all the prototype tasks on the following  template. All of the relevant value elements will have to appear during communication.
